Current Weather Conditions: Some rain late last night about 1:00am but dry morning. Sunny start with it becoming warmer and starting to feel humid. A cloudy and settled afternoon with a few spots of rain in the air but no wind. Warm Front due to move up from the south overnight bring some heavy thundery downpours overnight and into early tomorrow morning. Allotment - Hoed and First Harvested

Today I went down to the allotment for 1 hour and hoed in amoungst the Carrot and Parsnips. This will be finished in the near future. I also harvested the following:

- Rhubarb
- Strawberries (From Polytunnel)
- Potatoes (From Old Plants Growing in amoungst Carrot and Parsnip Bed)
- Radishes (To Test to see if they are not to woody)

French Beans planted into the Polytunnel

Today I planted the following into the Polytunnel each side of the pathway:

- 9 Plants Thompson & Morgan Climbing Bean 'Blaudlide' (Sown: 01/05/2013)
- 9 Plants Sutton French Bean 'Blue Lake' (Sown: 01/05/2013)

In order for me to put these in I put twine from the supports down to mini canes and pulled it tight.

Planted Garlic in Allotment and Sowed some Radishes and Spring Onions

Today I went onto the second Allotment for about 1 1/2 hours and I planted the following:

- 27 x Garlic 'Casablanca' plants - 4 inches apart in rows 8 inches apart

I also sowed the following:

- Thompson & Morgan Radish 'Scarlet Globe' into a 4 foot row
- Thompson & Morgan Spring Onion 'White Lisbon' into a 7 foot row
